Life can be so very blissful, once we realize that we are the masters of our own destiny. It is only when we allow stress to overwhelm us that bliss starts waning from our lives and fear takes over. How to banish this fear so that we can claim our true identity is what I'm going to talk about today. 

BE THE MASTER OF YOUR OWN DESTINY

By eliminating fear you start sending positive signals to your mind and body. Once this begins to happen, our "Being" naturally settles into a happiness mode and then bliss returns.

We basically need to control our thoughts and not allow them to get negative. This level of self mastery is essential, and this is what leads to a powerful individual being.

THE FEAR NETWORK

To create a complete balance between mind and body, we need to look into fear as a network. This begins from the thought circuit in our brains, we are connected to vision, learning processes, our bodies and our health. 

Series of places in the brain create fear. The primary area is amygdala. All that we hear, see, taste and smell is funneled into the amygdala. This starts making us react in repetitive and compulsive fashion by making us associate with past experiences.

Anxiety affects many areas of fear network and creates a stress situation in our lives.

HEAL THE BRAIN CIRCUITS

This is the only way to restore our minds to a level of positive functioning.

A level of security, happiness and peace.

Although we have perceived that our mind inadvertently plays truant and is very difficult to control, there are ways we need to learn to bring it under control.

Prayer is one of the most powerful ways to do this.

THE POWER OF PRAYER

Here we do not need to say that prayer is only from an assigned holy book. Prayer in simple words is only our personal conversation with God.

TREAT GOD AS A FRIEND

Instead of putting God on a pedestal and praying to Him, the correct way would be, to imagine He is your best friend. Unburden yourself to Him. Ask for His benevolence. Feel mentally and emotionally undressed in front of Him.Just emote from your heart.

Divine grace will come to you as an answer from within your own-self.

HOW SHOULD WE PRAY

There is no set way to prayer. Each one of us has their own individual way of communicating with God. We just look at it differently. There is no need to be hassled about it looking for special techniques. Just sit in a quiet place.

Whether it is your room, a corner of your garden, a spot on the beech, your favorite place at home. Wherever you can sit and feel the divine connect, and have your own personal conversation with God.

CHRONIC WORRY

Many times the mind is a prisoner of worry.

1. Fear for family

2. Fear of losing a relationship

3. Depression

4. Fear in every area of life.

SYMPTOMS OF WORRY

1.Get easily exhausted

2. Unrestful sleep

3. Trouble in focusing

4. Unstable blood pressure

5. Frequent allergies

6. Hypothyroidism

REWIRE THE NETWORK

Anxiety affects all areas of your personal network. The mind gets affected by worry, this further infiltrates and manifests in the body.

STEP AWAY FROM LIMITATION

We from our childhood reverberate in our limited thought patterns. Learn to flow free mentally. That is true prayer. No suppression, no inhibitions.

AFFIRMATIONS

Prayer itself is an affirmation. We can use either word, instead of the other. Affirmation is a potent way of taking you from prayer to safety.

CREATE A NEW REALITY

This should be of oneness and security.

METHOD

Take a deep breath, as you exhale let your fear breathe away. Affirm "I release and let go of fears old and new"

1. I am peaceful

2. I am secure

3. My inner intelligence leads me to peace

4. I dream of Joy

Prayer is the easiest way to achieve a level of de stress. It is your own personal way to being happy and joyful.
