This Is The Moment EVERYTHING Changes!

August 23 -26 | Phoenix, AZ

The energy is expansive. The joy is contagious. The excitement is exhilarating. And the potential is limitless.

How does the Creative Force of Consciousness Shape our Reality

For over four hundred years, Western civilization has chosen science as its source of truths and wisdom about the mysteries of life. Allegorically, we may picture the wisdom of the universe as resembling a large mountain. We scale the mountain as we acquire knowledge. Our drive to reach the top of that mountain is fueled by the notion that with knowledge we may become “masters” of our universe. Conjure the image of the all-knowing guru seated atop the mountain.

Scientists are professional seekers, forging the path up the “mountain of knowledge.” Their search takes them into the uncharted unknowns of the universe. With each scientific discovery, humanity gains a better foothold in scaling the mountain. Ascension is paved one scientific discovery at a time. Along its path, science occasionally encounters a fork in the road. Do they take the left turn or the right? When confronted with this dilemma, the direction chosen by science is determined by the consensus of scientists interpreting the acquired facts, as they are understood at the time.

What Are You Waiting For?

When my nephew Beau was around three years old, I was driving him somewhere while he was safely strapped in his car seat. I asked him a question and he quickly said to me, “Don’t talk to me now, I’m playing with my imagination.”

Wow. What an answer!

I was truly taken aback by his response – both by the sophistication of it as
well as the reality that he could clearly identify what he was doing.

I love my overactive imagination and I play with it often.

Sometimes it begins when I ask myself “wouldn’t it be lovely if_______.”

And then, depending of the desire that arises, if I see that it is something I am willing to commit to, then I go about doing my manifesting magic.

How To Manifest The Change That You Really Want

In my weekly Oracle Card reading, in which I explain some of the really dynamic myths and messages from the Goddess, I also highlight a common theme that we are all experiencing. We are all in a rebirth period right now. This is an amazing time right now of change and evolution. Yet, as we pass through the different stages of change, there can often be a time of contraction where the change gets uncomfortable.

When we endeavor to make changes we have the excitement and energy of new intentions driving us. Yet, when we bump up against detours and challenges, and the intentions that we set to manifest do not come to fruition exactly as we thought they would, it can be disheartening.

Have you ever set an intention to manifest something, then felt discouraged when it didn’t show up the way you’d hoped?

It’s Getting Better…

“Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.”  — Chinese Proverbour fears.”

Last week, I wrote that things are going to get better. This week, there were several examples that I was right!

For one, there was a huge breakthrough in the global race to find a cure for AIDS. News outlets reported this week that a London man was cleared of the HIV virus after doctors successfully replicated a stem cell transplant procedure that cured another man 12 years ago.

This news is huge, and it gives me so much hope. It gives me hope for those who are still struggling with the disease. It gives me hope for the scientists and researchers who have spent endless weeks, months and years working to find a breakthrough. It gives me hope for all the advocates and activists who have been pushing hard on this issue, as well as on other diseases that still have no cure, like Alzheimer’s. (I’m crossing my fingers that we’ll find a treatment or cure for it soon.)

This story is just one example that breakthroughs happen when you stay at it. That’s good news not just for doctors and researchers. It’s good news for all of us who keep grinding and striving to do better and get better for ourselves.

Sow The Seeds Of A Higher And Happier Life

If we are ever to realize the integrity and consistent kindness of our True Nature, if we long to know something of heaven while we live on earth, then we must sow the seeds that bring that higher life into fruition. We cannot expect to reap what one does not sow; and merely hoping for a higher life is not sowing true spiritual seeds, any more than climbing an imagined mountain is the same as reaching its top.

To sow spiritual seeds means that we do spiritual work. Spiritual work is always interior work first, even if, as a matter of course, this work becomes manifest through exterior action. What is this interior work by which we sow the seeds of the celestial within us? Following are four ways to sow the seeds of a higher and happier life.

Creating an Infinite Potential Movement

The human potential movement deals in self-improvement, encouraging people to realize that they are not as limited as they think they are. This approach of overcoming limitations has benefitted many, but from a wider perspective, there should be an “infinite potential” movement. Let’s say that the proposition of infinite potential is viable. How would you prove that it exists?

The proof is much simpler—and far more surprising—than you might suppose. Consider yourself going to the supermarket to buy a dozen organic brown eggs. This everyday task is enough to open the door to infinity. “Dozen” is a mathematical concept. Not only are numbers infinite, but so are the equations that grow out of numbers. From equations grow scientific formulas, and science stands for the human capacity to experiment, measure, and rationally understand the world, which may not be infinite but shows no signs of doing anything but grow.

The Power of a Renewed Mind

When the new year rolls around, many of us resolve to change something about our bodies, our careers, or our relationships. All of those things, though, are external. What will bring about a real change in your life is a change in your mindset.

The effect our mentality has tangible aspects of our life is astounding. You'll find that a renewed mind can put a new shine on aspects of your life you may have neglected, and help you to see the beauty in the small things. Here's how to achieve a refreshed mind in 2019.

Divine Feminine Rising: What Is Really Rising

I do think it is aspicious that the Divine Feminine is being honored in some ways by men and the collective. SHE however is not “rising” for she has been here above all the division creating life infinitely from the beginning …our conscious awareness of it is rising .

Women everywhere no matter what the circumstance have risen in the midst of the refusal of acknowledgement of her power and presence for Eons, silently or passionately voicing for the many. The Divine Feminine within each one of us on this planet has given rise to compassion, intuition, inclusivity, cooperation, vision, expanded senses, deep heart intelligence and most importantly unconditional love that reaches beyond reason, time and space. The so called “super powers” birth from the Divine Feminine, have historically been feared and thus pushed aside as soft power. What is perhaps really rising is the genius and truth of connection, infinite and inherent, encoded in the DNA of all life known and unknown. This is part of the unfolding mystery of the Divine Feminine. She is ever present yet cannot be summoned “on demand.”

Relax, You Are Already There

We spend so much of our time trying to get somewhere.

Are we there yet?

The Practice:
Relax, you are already there..

Why?

We spend so much of our time trying to get somewhere.

Part of this comes from our biological nature. To survive, animals – including us – have to be goal-directed, leaning into the future.

It’s certainly healthy to pursue wholesome aims, like paying the rent on time, raising children well, healing old pain, or improving education.

But it’s also important to see how this focus on the future – on endless striving, on getting the next task done, on climbing the next mountain – can get confused and stressful.

Vibrational Rebirth

Life conditions are near perfect today. The sun is radiating bright in the sky and promising Spring. I enjoyed a walk in nine degree temperatures with a friend and her dog. We explored the fun idea of how our loved ones help us from the other side. Both of us shared interesting examples of how are thoughts often reappear in the physical form; Law of Attraction. Susan works in the medical field. Many times during her career, she will read an article or think of an unusual condition, and within days she will have a client walk in with the plight. How does it happen? This is the unmistakable magic of life.

I have an idea or thought, of how our Universe is structured, and how this has allowed the phenomenon of Law of Attraction.

Imagine each of our souls is a reflective hologram image of all that is, God, The Creator, The Universe, Pure Potential. This reflective image is what allows the depth of light to travel untouched by sound. The holographic image is needed for humans to touch the idea of pure light energy or God.

Similar to not being able to look at the sun straight on; the human mind is unable to fathom the pure light potential of all that is.

Each of these reflective, holographic images of our creator, contain the energy or blue print of our individual souls. Our souls reflect into the universe every possible life experience, be it as an animal, plant or mineral.

Our beautiful souls channel the power of creation (Pure Potential) through waves of energy that become thoughts of the animal, plant or mineral. This energy of creation (consciousness) is carried on through every experience our souls have helped create for us.

Sense of Purpose

"I am successful", is a statement that many of us like to give,  because we so strongly identify with our worldly success.

A successful career, a loving family, popularity among friends, a strong social network. Is there anything more one could ask for. And yet you feel something is missing in your life. That essential spark, that feeling of "The lightness of Being"

Why is it that some kind of stress us constantly nagging at you. What could be that nagging element. Is anything missing in life, is a question many of us are asking of ourselves. The answer is "Yes" it is the feeling of having a sense of purpose, that is actually missing.

All of us, deep within ourselves, feel that need to be needed. The feeling of having a meaning to our lives is essential. A distinct sense of purpose, that you are valued because you are worth it.

This sense of purpose would essentially be the reason that gives a meaning to our existence on the planet.

The eternal question, why do we need a purpose.

The Language of Clouds

“I’ve looked at clouds
from both sides now,
from up and down,
and still somehow,
it’s clouds’ illusions I recall;
I really don’t know clouds at all.”
—Joni Mitchell

When I was a small child, I saw clouds as one-dimensional, as if they were painted on the sky by some artistic giant. It was really only after I flew in an airplane many years later that I perceived the three-dimensionality of clouds. At 20,000 feet, flying above and through them, I could see their depth and dimensions, their constantly changing shapes and sizes. It was a revelation to me, and I became fascinated with them. Even on the ground, I could see that they were not really paper-thin but often thick and expansive…and constantly morphing into new forms.

Mark Nepo's Weekly Reflection: The Labyrinth to Shared Happiness

Though I run to get out of the rain, it’s standing in the rain with my hands on my heart that is cleansing. Though I run from the pain, it’s standing in the pain with my face to the sky that is healing. So I never stop peeling the hurt, never stop trusting life to burst through whatever I have to face. Even when lost, there’s a truth we carry that—when released—can return us to the ground beneath all trouble, beneath all pain, beneath the worm in our mind that wants to run. Facing things together is how we move through the labyrinth of trouble, from thinking alone to feeling together. So when my head is burrowed in what I can’t put down, when I can’t find what I’ve just said, please, hold your kindness like a mirror, so I can begin again. Tell me that, hard as it is to accept, the path is right where we are, when too exhausted to chase anything. Remind me that the angels we seek flutter within us, using our hands as their wings.

Having it all: is it possible?

Some women just seem to have it all, don’t they? Great family, supportive friends, an ideal job situation, the perfect house, and a great wardrobe and hair to go with it. And somehow, they manage to make it look so easy.

Materially speaking, there’s a big focus on ‘having it all’. Often, we are judged by the number of things we possess with our character being a distant second. We envy those women who seem to be swimming in successful personal, professional and financial lives; and we’re left to constantly wonder how they do it.

But there is a misconception here. Especially in today’s world of social media and keeping up with a perception that may not even be someone’s true reality. Maybe those you wish you could be more like are swimming in debt from keeping up appearances. Or others whose “dream lives” you wish you had are killing them inside from stress and anxiety.

To truly have it all, you must refocus your attention. Energize the things that money can fuel, not the material possessions that money can purchase.

Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You

Spring is a time of renewal in nature. As the cold retreats, it leaves behind the detritus of winter.

All the junk that collected under the snow and the now-sodden leaves from last fall makes the outside world look like it needs a good washing. Now, think of a spring rain. As it falls, it carries away the dirt and the grit and the grime. It leaves behind a clean slate that’s ready for the fresh greens of spring.

The custom of spring cleaning is an imitation of nature’s seasonal house cleaning. The weather is finally warm enough to throw open the windows. The sunlight and the fresh air remind us that now is the time to get rid of all of our own dirt and junk that has accumulated during the cold and dark of winter.

In my house, that’s a lot of junk. You can’t believe the stuff that accumulates with four little ones. Developmental toys, parts and pieces of games, board books, broken crayons, markers long-since dried out. Baby blankets, soft toys, dolls, and piles of stuffed animals that somehow keep getting bigger. Then there are the piles of outgrown clothing, shoes, and accessories. (Please tell me, how did the time go by so quickly?) When it comes to this stuff, there isn’t a stage that I don’t adore. Newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, one year. I swear, by now I’m capable of starting my own Salvation Army Surplus Store.

I admit it, I’m a collector. I’m also unabashedly sentimental. I have a penchant to pack away everything in order to save it from the dumpster, the recycling center, and the second-hand store. In the wee hours of the night, I’ll gently unpack a box of old baby clothes, hold them to my heart, and reminisce about the old days. And then the tears are unleashed. My husband always says that if we lived in a smaller house, I could qualify as a true hoarder. He says it with love, but if I’m honest about my “collecting” tendency, it might be more than a little true. I think saving stuff is my way of trying to stop time from stealing away the present and turning it into the past.

What Can We Do Without?

“May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.”  — Nelson Mandela

When I read that ratings were up for this year’s Academy Awards—the “no-host Oscars,” as they’ve been called—I have to admit that I wasn’t surprised.

It also got me thinking. If the Oscars can succeed without a host, then what else can we live without that we haven’t considered before?

Well, this week’s news gave me plenty of ideas.

For one, I can really live without the Catholic Church’s response to clerical abuse. It’s pathetic. I can also do without their ridiculously outdated stance on women. It’s absurd.

And while I’m on the topic of religion, I can also do without the United Methodist Church’s ruling this week to keep its ban on same-sex weddings and the LGBTQ community. I mean, are you kidding me? “Shame on you,” as my mother used to say when she saw someone acting in a less than noble manner. Shame on both of these religious institutions for their lack of inclusion, love and acceptance.

How the Power of One Could Change Everything

Modern machines are assembled from separate moving parts, a fact that seems so obvious that we usually don’t notice its vast influence over us. But the image of a machine extends to the human body, which is an assemblage of trillions of separate cells, and ultimately to the universe, which is considered an assemblage of atoms and molecules beyond numbering.

So ingrained is the machine metaphor that it has taken centuries to realize that it has a fatal flaw. The human body and the universe operate as a single wholeness that cannot be explained mechanically or even logically. The general public has a vague acquaintance that quantum physics changed how science views space, time, matter, and energy. What escapes general notice, however, is the revolution that followed the quantum revolution.

Call on Kali to Cut the Ties That Hold You Back

This week is the beginning of Mercury retrograde in the dreamy mystical sign of Pisces calling up opportunities to redo and revisit some of our leftover internal “stuff from the past”. I am one of those irritating people who loves the retrogrades because I’ve always seen how I can improve and shift my life if I don’t avoid them. If you work it right, you will slow right down, calm down, stop caring if planes are late or if your address book got erased and do the work required.

I see Mercury retrograde in Pisces visually. So, stay with me here and imagine a scene from the movie Moonstruck with Cher and Nicolas Cage when he babbles at her about how much he loves her the morning after they sleep together and she slaps him and yells, “SNAP OUT OF IT!” at him.

I kinda see the Goddess Kali the same way. You can’t BS yourself at all when she is called on to enter the picture. Got a resentment you’re nursing like it’s your new demon baby? Kali will help you cut the ties to your obsession and cut the crap and get accountable for your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors.

The Key To Freedom From Suffering

No one is responsible for your happiness.

You are.

No one has power over you unless you allow them to have it.

The more you need other people and external events in life to be a certain way in order to feel free, the less free you will end up being.

When you take full responsibility for your inner experience you become powerful.

What are you making responsible for your current experience?

Who are you making responsible for how you feel?

Relationship Conflict that Gnaws at Our Insides and How to Resolve it

Conflict is an essential part of life. It happens to us in every situation, whether it is within us or in our external zone. We are constantly bombarded with conflicting situations. Relationship conflict is what we are going to talk about, it could be with a friend, a relative, your child or spouse.

ONGOING CONFLICT

The conflict happening in our lives could be an ongoing situation, gnawing at the inside and creating a level of stress that continuously keeps mounting. This can affect health negatively and even affect longevity.

UNRESOLVED STRESS

This type of conflict can lead to resentment and further on to more unresolved conflict.

Most of the time, people tend to suppress their anger or their conflicting feelings, they simply go along with the others, to keep peace within their sphere of life. This doesn't really help. It just keeps brewing under the surface.

UNRESOLVED FEELINGS

People have a habit of shutting down a conversation, the moment it gets heated. They feel that by simply keeping quiet, things will get resolved. But we need to realize that by suppressing feelings, it does not lead to any answers.
