Who you are, is an amazing expression of the Divine. That means you actually live in infinite possibility.

Perhaps, because of our conditioning, it doesn’t always appear that way. Yet, we all live in the both/and, which is the place of infinite possibility.

No matter our circumstances, we are the Essential Self and have the ability to shed love on anything. We are always at choice to choose love.

Every sacred teaching throughout time has taught, and now science is proving, that love is the key. Not anger, but love. Not accusations and judgment projected onto others, but love. Not fear, but love.

You Are Enough – Trust and Surrender

When you are in a state of trust and surrender, you are acknowledging that there is an organizing principle taking care of you. You are accepting the truth that reality is on your side. You are defining your human experience as one in which all that you need will come to you. The more you relax into that receiving, the faster it shows up as a physical manifestation in reality.

Surrender allows you to relinquish your personal will and align with Divine will. Trust naturally arises from within through the gradual surrendering of your individual wants.

Conscious awareness, expanded mindfulness, acceptance, alignment, and harmony are all part of the greater awakening that tells you it’s okay to release your grip. Trust and surrender are whispering to you that you can end your suffering and find peace.

You Are Enough – The Five Commitments

“Commitment creates intention, and intention makes a desire worthy of manifestation.”

When you elevate and prioritize a goal or desire, you dedicate your intelligence and power to it. And when you bring your intelligence and power to bear on a goal, it comes into being.

I offer you the following five commitments. Allow them to become the foundation that powers your expansion.

#1: Commit to Knowing Your Essential Self

To commit to your Essential Self is to fully employ the power of Divine Intelligence in your life, letting go of the attachments and expectations that cloud its transmission. In truth, you are the Observer of this life. It is grace that is guiding the unfolding of your evolution. Grace powers revelation; grace reveals oneness and your life’s purpose. It is grace that restores full remembrance of your Essential Self. This discovery, this unfolding, this realization, and this revelation is your commitment

You Are Enough -Your Core Wounding

“Your core wounding is separation from self-­love, which results in deep feelings of unworthiness. The healing of that wounding is a journey back to your Essential Self..“

The details are inconsequential. in fact, you may not even remember what happened. What is important is that there was some pivotal juncture in your formative years when you first realized that your Essential Self did not fit into the conditioning of the world into which you were born. It was a moment of emotional torment and upheaval, imprinted on your being like a vibrational energetic tattoo. You were not safe.

Simultaneously with that event, a deep sense of unworthiness entered your vibrational sphere and became cemented in place by shame and guilt.

You Are Enough – The Possibility

Grace powers revelation. Grace is the sacred energy that creates expansion and the possibility of recognition of your Essential Self. There is grace in every situation. It shows up in countless forms. Whether you are standing in line at a movie theater, dealing with your crying baby, mourning the death of a loved one, or in the midst of the inevitable highs and lows of marriage or divorce, the power to reveal the Essential Self is always present.
