Stabilizing Your State Of Being

Stabilizing Your State Of Being - Panache Desai

We are now moving to a point in our evolution where we need to be consistent in our state of being no matter who you are, or who you are with or what you are doing or what’s happening.  Recognize that you are the one that is denying yourself the experience you wish to have and that you are allowing other people, or what’s happening in the world or what’s happening in your life to do that.

What Do You Believe Makes You Feel Happy and Safe?

What Do You Believe Makes You Feel Happy and Safe?

We have all been brought up to believe that different externals are responsible for our happiness and safety. I was raised to believe that happiness and safety came from being in a relationship, from having good things happen, and from having control over the good things happening. My parents were not into things like houses, cars, or toys, so I never learned to connect my happiness with things. But lots of people do.

For example, Allen connects his happiness to people, things, and outcomes. As a result, he is constantly pulling on others for attention and approval. He is addicted to buying things and his garage is cluttered with his toys. And he can't be happy until he "finds the perfect job," and "makes more money." Because he connects his happiness and safety to all these externals, he is always trying to have control over getting what he wants. Trying to have control keeps him from being in the moment, which is where real happiness and safety exists.

The Importance of Happiness in a Challenging World

The Importance of Happiness in a Challenging World - Dr. Margaret Paul
Do you have any idea how important your happiness and joy are to the healing of our planet?

I love this analogy of how much influence each of us has on the consciousness of our planet:

Imagine a beautiful clear pool of water. Imagine that every time someone is negative, mean, or harmful to themselves or others, a drop of black water is dropped into the clear beautiful pool. With enough people whose energy is dark, it doesn't take too long before that clear pool starts to get darker and murky.

Now imagine that every time someone is kind and caring with themselves and others, and every time someone is joyful, a drop of crystal-clear water is dropped in the pool. With enough happy, kind, and caring people, the water begins to clear.

Your health, your happiness, your money

juliem10.7
In our Western society, we most often equate happiness with material things. And we devote our professional and financial lives to growing that happiness exponentially. We’re working so hard to be materially happy that we neglect ourselves, and our health begins to take a bit of a dive.

So what is the Western way when we have an ailment? Find a quick fix. There’s a reason why the pharmaceutical industry has exploded; we want to pop a pill to conceal the pain which does very little (if anything) to fix it. With drug stores on every corner and over-the-counter pain killers outnumbering the produce sections of grocery stores, we have been trained to cover up the pain and not treat the root issue.

What does this have to do with your money?

How To Be Happy No Matter What (3 Myths)

How To Be Happy No Matter What (3 Myths)
You can be the happiest person you know. In this video, I discuss 3 common myths that people believe about happiness.

Stop chasing happiness. The quest actually makes us less happy.

We go after things that we think will make us happy, but we are left feeling empty. We often put happiness out there in the future and we are in a constant state of seeking it so we end up never feeling happy now. The ego has no interest in being happy. The moment it actually finds it, its role is dissolved so it keeps you distant from happiness.

Happiness does not come from what you achieve or get, it is a state of being. You can be happy regardless of what is happening in your life, regardless of what you have or don't have. You must question your definition of success. You must question your definition of happiness.

Sacred Warrior: LIFE’S ASSIGNMENT—HAPPINESS

templeH8.1.jpg
French philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin believed we are not human beings having a spiritual experience.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

I would like to add the more spiritual you become in your awareness, the more you are connected to your humanity. You embrace at a deep level the value of ‘all of you.’ The thoughts, the feelings, the joy, and the depth. You become totally comfortable with your-self. It is essential as a Difference Maker to be comfortable with yourself.

Life is an ongoing destination of learning, yet there is an arrival place — it’s called happiness. With happiness you draw from the core of your being, which is produced and renewed from ‘something’ much greater than who you are. Even though your life may take many twists and turns, the inner happiness you experience is always a non-negotiable.

The Third (And Best) Way To Be Happy

beautiful-asian-woman

Because everyone has self-awareness, human beings know what it means to be happy or unhappy. This feeling is so basic that seeking happiness comes naturally. Yet for some reason happiness proves elusive, and feeling that you can find permanent happiness can seem futile.

If we look closely, however, there are three ways to be happy. The first two arise in everyone’s life; the third is rare. But the third way is the only one, after centuries of seeking, that has stood the test of time. Every age is challenged to rediscover the third way, including our own time.

The first way to be happy is to follow your impulses without judging them, taking life as it comes from moment to moment. This is the way of babies and small children. They are motivated by the next thing that occurs to them, and they have little ability to predict what will turn out to be a sad or glad experience. Impulsiveness lingers in many people after they become adults, but the vast majority of people move on to the second way of being happy.

The Key To Living Passionately And Joyfully

celebrating-picture
Happiness is man's ultimate quest. Whatever the endeavours he undertakes, all seem to gear him towards the path to happiness. It is only conscious survival instinct towards a certain goal, that keeps us going towards happiness.

CHASING OUR FEELINGS
Mankind spends most of his life chasing feelings. It is always felt by scientists and philosophers, that we need to make a conscious disciplined effort towards creating happiness. On the other hand , a simple hearted ordinary person may feel that, just watching a sunrise or sunset, could give him that sense of happiness, which people are seeking through complicated methods.

ORIGIN OF UNHAPPINESS
The longing for happiness only sets in when we feel any of these three emotions i.e. anger, fear or depression. Psycologists down the ages have been looking into the causes of these emotions and feelings, and they have been advising people on how to deal with them, whether it's through counselling, or medication. There is an entire industry dependent on the happiness quotient.

A Reservoir of unlimited power

unlimitedpower
Once we realize that only we are responsible for our own happiness, our world changes. We stop playing the blame game. We know and understand that we have the power to overcome our weakness, and fetch for ourselves, a true and genuine state of happiness.

Many situations come in our lives, which take us to this unimaginably delightful level of happiness, yet no matter how marvellous the experiences are, they never last. They are transitory.
We need to create happiness on a conscious level and there are various ways of training our minds to do it.

TRUST THE HIGHER POWER
When you trust in the power and the wisdom of your sub conscious to guide you, and direct your ways, you become calm and relaxed. You radiate peace and joy and become, a conduit of happiness.

Is There a Better Way to Be Happy?

somwhere-picture

History is filled with powerful forces that change the face of the Earth, and right now we are experiencing one, an explosion of a new coronavirus that has upended daily life. Forecasts of a changing world are in the air once the pandemic is over, but no one really knows what the reset will be, if there is going to be one.

I think the best reset would be over happiness. There is an unquenchable drive for humans to seek happiness, but this means very different things at different times. A day laborer hauling stone to build a cathedral in the Middle Ages was happy, even inspired, by backbreaking physical work that never changed and ended with the breakdown of the body.

That way of being happy is unimaginable to modern people. In developed societies, our formula for happiness generally involves the following: physical comfort, ample leisure, scientific medicine, higher education, endless distractions through entertainment and social media, and a steady supply of consumer goods. In the developing world these values are dominant, not as what people already have but what they aspire to have.

Creating a New Pattern of Joy & Happiness

playful-senior-couple-having-fun-on-a-bike-in-autumn-day-picture-id1198993120
It is essential to empower yourself. The past few months have perhaps eroded a lot of people's sense of joy and happiness, as they have been denied the  see and touch feel of the human connect.

For self growth, connection is very important. To feel alive and joyous, every human likes the feel of a level of connecting with another. That's why it has been said "Man is a social animal" he needs interaction for self growth and happiness.

These past few months have tested everyone's patience and have actually led to a new level of thought. Yet another way of perceiving the situation is that, many of the people turned inwards into a journey of self discovery, which in turn leads to self growth.

But despite a high level of awareness and a raised level of consciousness, lots of mankind was forced by their own negative self thinking pattern, to get into a depression. One negative thought led to another, until a spiralling effect was created.

Money and Happiness

beautiful-woman-sitting-on-sofa-in-living-room-picture-id1182942337 Money and Happiness

Does money buy happiness? Experts will tell you “no, of course not,” but according to a new survey, 90 percent of the top 1 percent of U.S. household income earners—those who earn $500,000 per year or more—claim to be “completely” or “very” satisfied with their lives overall.

If money doesn’t buy happiness, then what’s going on here?

The Difference Between Wealth and REAL WEALTH

The 1 percent that are completely or highly satisfied with their lives are embodying what I call “living in a state of REAL WEALTH” rather than just a state of monetary wealth. Monetary wealth is unsustainable in terms of supplying happiness since it relies entirely on external factors to provide fulfillment. REAL WEALTH is deeply satisfying since it goes much deeper than that.

Dismiss These 3 False Beliefs About Your Partner That Drag You Both Down

man-and-woman-holding-hands-picture-id1075564988 Dismiss These 3 False Beliefs About Your Partner That Drag You Both Down

Inside all of us is a confusion of ideas and expectations that have been built up over the years through our experiences, books we’ve read, movies we’ve seen, opinions of people who seemed to be “in the know,” and endless other sources.

Much of this “information” is distorted, irrelevant, or just plain wrong. Nevertheless, these are the ideas that precede us into any situation, coloring what we see, and making us compare and judge reality against the picture in our minds.

These false beliefs shape the world we experience so that old pains and problems are reseeded into every new moment; their unseen influence is one of the reasons why we find ourselves so often re-living certain unwanted experiences over and over again. We may blame some outside condition for our discontent, but the fact is most of what troubles us about life, does so because we “believe” it’s not supposed to be like that!

All of this is particularly true when it comes to our human relationships. Our relationships with others, especially with our partner in life, are fraught with expectations, need, and false beliefs.

Feel Already Full

relaxed Feel Already Full

Is there enough?

The Practice:
Feel already full.

Why?

One slice of the pie of life feels relaxed and contented. And then there is that other slice, in which we feel driven and stressed. Trying to get pleasures, avoid pains, pile up accomplishments and recognitions, be loved by more people. Lose more weight, try to fill the hole in the heart. Slake the thirst, satisfy the hunger. Strive, strain, press.

This other slice is the conventional strategy for happiness. We pursue it for four reasons.

happiness Why are we stressed, is quite a vital question. Is it perhaps just another way of saying " Why aren't we happy "
Happiness is the ultimate goal of every human being.  We are constantly striving, in some manner or the other to be happy, but although it is,  an easy target to achieve,  we are constantly in the throes of one or the other unhappy situation. We must begin to understand,  that it is completely in our hands, on a conscious level , that happiness is our goal, and that is is completely our responsibility, to watch ourselves getting there.

INTEND TO BE HAPPY
You need to experience life from a positive perspective. We must keep positive qualities on the top, on a priority basis.

Is Someone Else Carrying the Keys to Your Happiness?

cute-small-keyholder-dog-looking-back-picture-id514633375 Is Someone Else Carrying the Keys to Your Happiness?

Hi Dear One,

The most critical variable in whether or not we experience happiness is not our external circumstances but our internal state — our state of mind.Is someone else carrying the keys to your happiness?

Think about that for a moment…

Our state of mind determines our emotions, which in turn determines whether we respond creatively to external conditions or whether we react in the same old, less than optimal, habitual patterns.

What does that mean?

It means that when you master the art of living in a high frequency state, it becomes harder for others to push your buttons.

You become neutral and stop taking offense to things that would normally drive you crazy and make you react negatively.

As a result… you feel better… happier… more at peace.

As energetic beings we are constantly vibrating at various frequencies.

Do You Want More Love In Your Life?

love-valentines-day-or-wedding-concept-picture-id626256232 Do You Want More Love In Your Life?

Do you ever feel unlovable? Does it ever feel as though true love eludes you?

You see others who are happy but you can’t seem to find that same happiness for yourself.

If you ever feel unlovable or undeserving of love, you may have an unconscious program running that says you are not worthy of love.

This unconscious program affects your operating code which will inevitably attract situations that prove it.

We all live by codes

Without exception, everyone operates by one of these two basic codes.
