If I were to leave a single message to the world, it would be quite simple: Your life, with all its unique experiences on this earth, is part of a much greater story. Yes, we can create, manifest pretty much what we will, but we are first and foremost creations ourselves, a vital convergence of celestial and earthly forces that are ceaselessly being expressed in what I call the “Presence moment.”
Peace has become more and more compelling. Within the experience of peace is a rising bliss. It’s like an intoxication. Even though life might be turbulent, no matter how absurd it gets, for some strange reason it just doesn’t matter.
We are realizing more and more that it’s not worth leaving the peace that we are feeling for anything.
There are various types of treatment options used with individuals through therapy. Some types of therapy are designed to work from the diagnosis of the patient or individual, while others are focused on holistically treating the individual and not focus on treating the diagnosed condition.

There is so much to say right now, and yet at the same time, I have no words. There is so much that has already been written about what happened this week. People have cried, raged, and expressed every emotion under the sun. Politicians have stepped out of line, and others have toed the line. If it feels like we have been here before, it’s because we have. And yet, this time also feels different.
All the methods to prevent or reverse aging begin with the same assumption: aging is universal. It happens to everyone. But that isn’t strictly true. The only processes that age are rooted in time. Your mind has thoughts, your cells in your body undergo thousands of changes per second, and even your genes, which are permanent, trigger all kinds of activities that are temporary. This whole structure rooted in time will age.
My life was difficult for I had stopped daring. I was settling. I was one of the most successful drinkers I had ever known. I did it well—I gave it all I had at the time. Now I am able to drink water and feel the high. Once the decision was made, my old rags of regret were behind me. I felt so strongly that, because I had already given all those years of my life to being numb, I was not willing to play those stories over and over and be stuck in my misery. I did not wish I could be different; I accepted that I was different. I did not wish I could drink, for the best day I had as a partier was never as special as being awake, energized, and impassioned about my life.

Life certainly comes with its challenges and when you know that something needs to change, it isn’t always easy to take full action on that. Sometimes we might even desperately want change - whether that’s reaching a breaking point in our jobs, in a relationship or with our health. However, when it comes to actually taking action on what we want to create or do differently, on a subconscious level, there can be an overwhelming resistance to change.

Buddha said the origin of light came from within. The implication is that there is an inner plane of forces that mirrors the elements of the physical world. That as matter is a conduit for fire, water, earth, and wind, our wakeful consciousness is a conduit for the forces of inner light, which manifest as intention, care, compassion, and kindness. And while survival has us navigate the struggles of circumstance, the transformative way to meet and mitigate events is to express the inner forces of light into the kinships that strengthen the Web of Life. In this way, light has migrated for eons through our suffering and delight into the world. This, then, is our one assignment: to make our humanness the lens through which light comes into the world.
With summer comes sunshine, warmth, and a new sense of zest for life. This season is the perfect time to reflect on how you feel and invest in your health. Although many people talk about getting physically fit for summer, exercising your mind is even more important.
