It's easy to forget that we are all perfect in our own design. Sometimes we muck it up with habits and choices that do not serve us.
Stress is something we all feel from time to time but it shouldn’t control your life.
In fact, you can take control of the stress by taking radical personal responsibility for the way you react to that stressful situation.
First of all, it’s vital to act out of integrity and silence the ego mind’s rantings, blaming everyone else for the pain and confusion.
Next, remove yourself from the situation if at all possible. Even stepping away temporarily has tremendous benefits.
Next, try neutral stillpoint breathing.
Take a deep breath in… hold it… no thoughts… no emotions… just trust.
Try it again.

Bringing yourself back into the high frequency of trust is the first step in alleviating the stress out of whatever you’re feeling in that moment.
