It's easy to forget that we are all perfect in our own design. Sometimes we muck it up with habits and choices that do not serve us.
Creating and claiming the future you desire begins with asking yourself who you need to become to live your dream life.
If you close your eyes and see the future of your dreams, what is different about you? Have your values changed? How are you spending your time? Who have you become?
If you can dream it, it exists somewhere.
Closing the gap between the dream and calling it into reality requires you to imagine the future you want, and then be willing to take action to co-create this reality with your Higher Power.
When it comes to creating the future life you want, sometimes it’s helpful to begin by looking back. Past life regression can be a helpful tool in future life creation because when you understand the life you’ve lived, you can see its impact on the events playing out in your current life.
With this important information, you gain a new perspective. You might see old patterns or stories you’re repeating. And with this awareness, you open up space for choice and change. The perspective allows you to choose whether you want to keep doing the same things again, and if you don’t, you get the opportunity to be very clear about the life you want and to take steps in your partnership with Spirit to become the person who has a new experience – instead of continuing to repeat the old.
When you understand who you were, you will gain a better understanding of the challenges you face now. You’ll see clearly what’s in the way of you creating the future life you want.

The past is helpful in giving us perspective, but it doesn’t have to dictate our future.
You can never change your past, but you can change your perception of the past and your perspective on it.
Personally, I’ve rewritten my past by changing my viewpoint on it. If you don’t want to keep repeating the same patterns, you have to reframe the way you see what’s happened to you.
The very first step to claiming your future life is CLARITY. If you don’t know what you want, it will be pretty difficult to create it! Here are three tools that I personally use that will help you envision and claim the future you want.
One of my favorite exercises for visioning the future of your highest good is to walk and meditate on the life you want.
If you’re able, take a long walk – ideally somewhere in nature or in scenery you find inspiring. Spend your walk imaging how it would feel to live the life you want.
Imagine it like it has already happened. As though you’re living life as this new version of you. Then ask yourself these questions:

If you’re the kind of person who likes to have a concrete vision for what you’re creating, you might choose to write out your vision for your future rather than just imagining it.
Write out everything that comes to mind, and pay particular attention to how you feel. Get as descriptive as you possibly can!

Answering these questions allows you to feel what it’s like to be your Future Self. Remember as you write to consider not just the life you want, but rather who you need to become to experience this.
