We all go through emotions, like anger, joy, sadness etc and we must find healthy coping skills to deal with them. We need even to find adequate ways to recharge ourselves.

Nurturing your spirit actually has nothing to do with religion. Spirituality is what connects you to the Universe and makes you aware of your incessant relationship with the ultimate energy. Whether you like to meditate, pray or attend a religious service, spiritual self care is a very important part of life.

A self care plan needs to be customized according to your self care needs. You must asses your life and see which area needs more attention. Handle things accordingly. Keep re assessing life, from time to time. As situations change, so does the self care plan.
