Most people believe in a certain particular and personal favorite strategy for stress relief, but in my opinion the most efficient way would be to create an overall effective plan that includes many different ways of reducing stress instead of a particular favorite and suitable plan that would deal with stress from one's own individual angle.

 
CLEAR THINKING STRATEGY
 
Bringing clarity to the mind is by far the most important way to eliminate stress. When the thinking is clear in our heads it is only then that we can take the most sensible and beneficial decisions for ourselves. So keeping the mind uncluttered and clear is our best bet in life.

If you are familiar with the concept of reversing the stress response you start thinking more clearly and you can actually avoid the negative effects of chronic stress.
