Happiness is the ultimate goal of every human being. We are constantly striving, in some manner or the other to be happy, but although it is, an easy target to achieve, we are constantly in the throes of one or the other unhappy situation. We must begin to understand, that it is completely in our hands, on a conscious level , that happiness is our goal, and that is is completely our responsibility, to watch ourselves getting there.
INTEND TO BE HAPPY
You need to experience life from a positive perspective. We must keep positive qualities on the top, on a priority basis.
GRATITUDE AND TRUST
When these two qualities become a consistent part of your reality, then it drives all inherent fear away. Fear happens to be the predominant emotion in most people's lives. If you allow fear and anxiety, to rule your lives, a constant cloud of worry will sabotage you.
Fear and anxiety when allowed to rule the human psyche is a particular type of energy that will overtake the emotional self. This is definitely a completely unhappy state of affairs. Negative thoughts if allowed to pervade the system will slowly, without our even realizing it, turn into our expectations. Self fulfilling prophecies will come into play as the fear in your mind creates a subconscious plan to make the problem a reality for the future.
WORK ON YOUR GOALS
You need to send the intention of trust. You have to consciously decide to make happiness your choice and make it happen with intent.
It is important to have a pure intention. Do not allow fear to penetrate the reality of your thoughts. Maintain a focus on your desires and do not allow yourself the comfort of an emotional giving in.
PLAN TO LIVE HAPPILY
As we notice that we need to plan in every move in life in order to be successful, so we need to apply the same formula here. Do not resort to any kind of desperate measures for reaching your goal. But yes, definitely you need to positively plan. What is your plan of action for reaching your goal?
Each thought carries it's own particular vibrations. Peaceful vibrations sent from within you will channelize your own energy into a positive flow.
Keep a whole lot of options open, and learn to weigh your priorities. Getting anxious over things creates negative and fearful vibes. Stay away from such thoughts.
Learn to affirm your desires so that you can draw towards yourself, whatever you intend for yourself. Visualize your goals with an enthusiasm, as though you have already achieved them. You can intentionally draw your desired goals into your life.
You have the power to make yourself happy. Use it, and live a life of true Happiness.
